Kevin is a graduate of CSU Fresno, with a degree in Accountancy.

Kevin has over eight years of experience as an IRS Agent with the Laguna Niguel District. He has vast knowledge of IRS policies & procedures, at the District & Service Center level of the IRS. While working at the IRS, Kevin headed the medical profession industry audit. He also drafted procedure guidelines for non-filers, as well as working with the offers-in-compromise and collection department. He also has worked numerous years on corporate, individual, trust, and partnership cases.

He has been with the Carlsbad, CA Accounting firm since 1994.
